The best way to get started is by submitting an inquiry through our website. We’ll ask a few high-level questions about the type of product you’re looking to make, expected volumes, and timing. This allows our team to quickly determine feasibility and suggest the most appropriate next steps.
You do not need to have every detail finalized before reaching out—our goal at this stage is to understand whether we’re a good fit and how we can support your project.
To provide a meaningful estimate, we typically need:
• Product type (e.g., shampoo, lotion, body wash)
• Approximate order volume or batch size
• Your filling requirements such as container type and size
• Whether you have an existing formula or need formulation support
• Any required claims or ingredient constraints
• General timeline expectations
Estimates are directional and intended to align expectations early. Final pricing is confirmed after formulation details, testing requirements, and production scope are fully defined.
No. Many projects begin without a finalized formula.
We work with both clients who bring an existing formula and those who need formulation or refinement support. If you do have a formula, we’ll review it for manufacturability, scalability, and compliance. If not, we can discuss base formulas or custom development depending on your needs and volume.
Yes. We regularly help clients refine or reformulate existing products for reasons such as:
• Improving performance or stability
• Adjusting claims or ingredient constraints
• Addressing supply chain or cost considerations
• Scaling from small batches to commercial production
Any reformulation work is approached carefully to maintain the intended performance and positioning of the product.
After you submit an inquiry, our team reviews your information to assess feasibility and alignment. If the project appears to be a good fit, a member of our team will follow up to discuss details, clarify requirements, and outline potential next steps. From there, we can determine whether samples, formulation work, or a formal quote are appropriate.
