If formulation work is required, our in-house lab supports development, refinement, and validation prior to scale-up.
We develop new formulations aligned with your performance goals, claims, and regulatory requirements, adapt a proven base, or work from your existing formula. Samples are prepared and reviewed before approval for production.

Manufacturing
After formula approval, we manufacture your product in controlled batches designed to deliver consistent quality at commercial scale.

Filling, Packaging & Pack-Out
Once bulk manufacturing is complete, we fill, finish, and prepare your product for distribution using customer-supplied packaging and documented processes.
Our filling lines are configured to match your container format and product characteristics, followed by inspection and pack-out to ensure consistency and shipment readiness.
